Yes, there are limits, and they vary by the plan you're on. Starter includes 100 AI calls per month and Pro includes 200. If you need more, Enterprise comes with unlimited calls. You can upgrade anytime from your dashboard.
Most won't. The AI uses a natural voice, pauses naturally, and handles the conversation the way a well-trained human receptionist would. We've had multiple clients tell us their customers thought it was a real person. That said, we never hide the fact that it's AI if someone sincerely asks.

We built SGS AI Reception with privacy at the core. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the controls you have.
We use your data to run your AI receptionist, route calls, generate transcripts, bill credits, and improve the platform. We do not sell your data. Ever.
We share data only with the infrastructure providers that power the service, voice carriers, speech-to-text, large language models, and cloud storage, strictly to deliver the product you signed up for.
All sub-processors are bound by data-processing agreements and confidentiality terms.
Call recordings and transcripts are retained for 90 days by default. You can delete any call from your dashboard at any time, and you can request full account deletion at sgsaireception@gmail.com.
You can access, export, correct, or delete your data at any time. EU/UK users have the rights granted by GDPR; California residents have the rights granted by CCPA. Email us to exercise any of these rights.
If we materially change this policy, we'll notify you by email and in the dashboard before the changes take effect.

Security isn't a feature, it's the foundation. Here's how we protect your business and your callers.
All traffic is encrypted in transit with TLS 1.3. Data at rest, including call recordings, transcripts, and account information, is encrypted with AES-256.
We support email/password and Google OAuth sign-in. Passwords are hashed with bcrypt and never stored in plaintext. Sessions use rotating, signed JWTs.
Internal access to production systems is limited to a small on-call team, requires hardware security keys, and is audited.
Every customer's data is isolated through row-level security policies enforced at the database layer. Even a bug in our application code cannot expose another customer's records.
We run on SOC 2 Type II compliant infrastructure with automated backups, point-in-time recovery, and 99.99% uptime targets. Voice latency is monitored continuously.

We're aligned with GDPR, CCPA, and HIPAA-readiness practices. Sign a BAA with us if you need HIPAA coverage for healthcare workflows.

These Terms govern your use of SGS AI Reception. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.
You're responsible for keeping your login credentials safe and for all activity that happens under your account. You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to bind any business you sign up on behalf of.
Don't use the service to break the law, harass people, send spam, run robocall campaigns without consent, impersonate others, or attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the platform.
You must comply with all applicable telecom regulations (TCPA, GDPR, local call-recording laws) for the calls your AI receptionist handles.
Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. Credits are consumed as your AI receptionist takes calls. Unused credits expire at the end of each billing cycle unless your plan states otherwise. Pricing may change with 30 days' notice.
We aim for high uptime but don't guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance, carrier outages, and force-majeure events may briefly affect availability. We're not liable for missed calls during these windows.
We own the platform, software, and branding. You own the content you create (call scripts, transcripts, recordings of your calls). You grant us a limited license to process that content solely to operate the service for you.
You can cancel anytime from your dashboard. We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, abuse the service, or fail to pay. On termination, you can export your data for 30 days before it's permanently deleted.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
We may update these Terms occasionally. Material changes will be announced by email and in the dashboard at least 14 days before they take effect.
Refund Policy · Last updated April 2026
We want you to love SGS AI Reception. If something's not right, here's exactly how refunds work.
We do not offer refunds unless requested within the first 3 days of your initial paid subscription charge. Email us within that window and we'll process your refund within 5 business days. After 3 days, all charges are non-refundable.
After the 3-day window, monthly subscription fees are non-refundable. You can cancel anytime from your dashboard and you'll keep access until the end of your current billing cycle.
Annual plans cancelled after the 3-day window are eligible for a prorated refund of unused full months, minus any discount you received for paying annually.
One-time credit purchases are refundable only for the unused portion within 30 days of purchase. Credits already consumed by your AI receptionist cannot be refunded.
If a confirmed platform outage or bug causes you to lose calls or credits, we'll credit your account or refund the affected charges. Reach out with details and we'll make it right.
The following are not eligible for refunds:
